My name is Craig Collins.  I am the designer and craftsman of these custom guitars.   I have over 30 years of machinist experience and have incorporated my skills into building 3 prototype guitars in 2009 and 2010 handcrafted from black walnut, cherry and other North American hard woods.  Design elements include:  neck through the body, chambered, arch top and back with a contoured neck heel, and a 5 piece laminated neck with carbon fiber inserts for neck rigidity and tonal transfer.  I have built my own sawmill  and wood drying kiln.  Since building the protytpes, I have expanded to some exotic woods and now have the ability to offer the customer more choices with components to compliment the tonal quality of the wood.  These choices include:  differing bridges, string-through string retention, body chambering or semi-hollow design,  choice of pick-ups, and wood combinations.  To prevent stripped threads, I have incorporated threaded brass inserts with machine screws instead of wood screws throughout the guitar (including strap buttons), with the exception of the tuners.  I want each person playing these guitars to know that I cared about every point of creation.  Please contact me at 217-516-0247 or at vibranceguitars@yahoo.com.  Thanks for visiting.

P.S.  View the images below of the prototype guitars.  The image of the bass guitar is my first attempt at building an instrument.  The last 2 images are inside the control cavities, showing brass threaded inserts.  No more toothpicks.
